Dry Ice

Ever wondered how the infamous fog effect is generated? You guessed it…dry ice! Not only is this extremely cold form of carbon dioxide good at fogging up a room, it is also used to illustrate several other cool effects. During this demonstration, children learn all of the chilling facts behind dry ice, in addition to conjuring up a few magical potions using the element itself.

Optical Illusion

Ever wonder how Optical Illusions work? Here is your chance challenge what you see and how your mind processes it with fun, hands-on experiments that will have you saying, "Did that just happen?"

Bugs!

What has six legs, two antennas and makes up the largest group of animals - BUGS! Kids will learn all about insects and the big roll these creepy, crawly animals play.

Forces

Play with gravity, centripetal forces, center of gravity and see the roll they play in science. From looping cars to balancing bolts this booth is nonstop fun.

Flyer (must include take-home)

Kids will take a hands-on approach as they explore the four forces that come into play with flight. They will build their own paper airplanes which they will test through different challenges along the way.

Discover the ooey gooey origins of plastic and see why plastic is so hard to break. Kids make their own slippery slime to go!
